I remember my best friend, Lindy, wh…om lived down the street in Tallehassee Florida where I was born. She had an older brother whom she felt picked on her and didn’t understand her. Granted she had a bit of a lisp and of course, being only 5 yrs old, and him aproximately 4 years older, I’m sure it seemed like a gulf of distance between the two of them.I became her mentor, best friend, stuck up for her and gave her my own brand of Jeannie advice and guidance at 6 yrs of age.I had a unique gift of understanding people even then, and many elders would tell me, ” Jeannie You have an old soul.”There is a lot to this story, but I am going to skip ahead to college.Understandably, because of my history in helping all my friends and being their guidance, I choose Psychology in college as my major and Criminal Justice.
I found it hard to agree with the things they were teaching me in college,although having a history of the past Psychological studies is usefull, I still think people are more complicated than that!I dropped out after three years and went on to work as a Psychological Councilor for a diet company at age 30, guiding those with better food choices and giving them emotional and mental support when they needed it.
I have written and pubished poems in different college chap books and been writing all my life for one reason or another.

The Saturday night crew
Lately a couple up the street has been generously asking over four families to their house for food, fun and companionship. All four of our families have children and so they get to play together.
Saturday night was intense and held special meaning for me. For one thing, Jeff overpayed a bill(long story!!) and left us bankrupt. So what little food we had wasn’t enough to get us by until his next check, this meal would be one we savored and were grateful for, in more ways than one! How humbling is it to be grateful that your friends who invited you for food and fun, doesn’t even realize that will help you feed your children. Universal Source has a way of bringing us to our knees at times, so we can see our humanity.
Later we all gathered around a firepit and talked. The sky rose dark and stars sprinkled the vastness above us. I thought, what can I offer this experience. One of the ladies broke out a mamouth sized bag of Huge marshmallows and skewers. The children zoomed in from everywhere and the adults enjoyed a few too! I always like to see if you’re a “burnt marshmallow person” or a “golden brown marshmallow type person”! I’m the light it on fire type and blow it out when it’s crispy black!!!
I’ve never Read Oracle cards for my neighbors/friends. I politely asked Tony the Father if it was okay that I bring the cards and being in a constant state of busyness he nodded and said, “do whatever you need to do girl!”.
As marshmallow smiles danced behind the flames and some sticky fingered children clung in the cool night air to their Momma’s arms, i began shuffling the Healing with the Fairy Deck. I picked a person then asked if they’d like a reading. Some of the adults are basic christian belief type people who’ve only heard negative things about the tarot or oracle decks—all untrue i might add!
I let my intuitive gift guide me, shuffling the cards randomly, then picking from a number given to me from Source/Creator. Everyone oohhed and awwhed at how “spot on” the readings were. As one girl mentioned she’d like to have some of those cards, her Mom replied, “well she has a booklet that came with them”…(which was still in the beautiful pouch I brought the cards in!) I responded, “But, you might not find the meaning I just gave you in the booklet. I use my intuition to read people, Oracle cards are merely a focal point for me.”
The gift I brought enabled the group to look at themselves as spiritual beings beyond the temporary. It gave some people hope, others guidance and still others affirmation and validation. We all laughed and most of them pointed and said, “WOW how much did she nail you on that one!!!” I should have explained two of these families have been friends for years and I don’t know them well at all, but clearly they knew how much the readings were spot on.
There is always a place and a way to shine our light and use our gifts if we just open ourselves to the experience.

Recently I had someone ask me, did I believe with my heart that something the Oracle said was true, or was it just a card. You have to understand, I told them, that, “yes I trust the Oracle, but we are given the choice of free will, and what we do with the reading we receive is up to us as individuals.” Therein lies the crux to any spiritual or psychic advice.
I have been studying with the Ascended Masters and reading oracles for many years and the one thing I’ve learned is, in the end, it’s up to us. We all want someone to solve our problems.
We all want the answer to come effortlessly. As a psychic spiritualist guide and coach, I want to help you, and give you all the answers, but my Spiritual Guides have taught me differently!
Their approach is simply this: Listen, Learn and Do! They give advice and guidance, but we have to do the work.
It took what seemed like a lifetime for me to finally accept this lesson, that we must all do our own work, but it’s a teaching I stand firm on.
I will read your cards, and give you tools that help you expand your awareness, energy, raise your vibration and challenge old beliefs. I can be a teacher, mentor and trainer in guiding you to healing, self awareness thoughts. I can lead you back to yourself, and help you find your authentic self, where true happiness lives, but I cannot do the work set out for you.
The question remains, Do I believe with my heart?
My answer is belief is something you do when you have no proof of it working. Belief is like faith, whereas fact is something you see and feel, touch and experience as a reality. So, I would answer that I KNOW that the oracle works. I know the Ascended Masters, Spiritual Guides and Angelic Realm around me, as well as Fairy realm and light beings, speak truths to me, and they are spot on EVERYTIME.
I know this…the question is, do you know it?
If you are given advice, will you take it? If someone gives you guidance and you know in your heart it’s the right thing spiritually for you to do, will you do it?
Many people want help, but they are still not in the place to step forward in the light of change and put forth the energy to manifest that change.
I want to see all of you bring about these desires in your life, and I know that I bring you guidance and help with these things but you have to be willing to step out of your old thought patterns, and away from your comfort zones of *belief* and do the work.
Listen, Learn, Do!
A wise sage once told me, that we get what we put into the Universe. You cannot expect to receive something without putting in time, effort and energy into that which you want. If you want a gallon of gas you drive to the gas station and put it in your vehicle. You never walk up and push the nozzle into the tank, fill up and leave. It doesn’t work that way. There is a law of cause and effect in this world, and the first response you have is to give, and then expect a return. It might not be what you are expecting but you will receive a gift from the Universe.
The hardest thing sometimes to let go of is our time. We’d pay for someone else to do the work for us, if we had the cash, less we get our hands dirty. We’re busy, tired, and flat out complacent about our lives. In this fast feed nation, we want it served to us with a side of fries, but it won’t happen that way spiritually and it won’t manifest that way physically.
If you want the side of fries, you’re gonna have to pay!
I put this lesson into practice by giving free readings weekly in facebook, and helping cleanse and bless homes in my neighborhood. I do not expect anything from these people in return, but I give selflessly from the heart. I *believe* in helping others. I believe love is stronger than hate, and I believe that people all want wonderful things to happen to them, and I believe I can help.
Do I believe an Oracle reading will solve the worlds problems, no. Do I think it can guide you to the place in your life where you need to change, and heal, YES, most definitely.
